Pin Grading Guidelines
all items sold in this shop are handmade/assembled and may have slight imperfections, the owner of the shop personally inspects each item that gets sold and makes sure the price reflects the quality.
non of the items being sold are 100% flawless and if you expect as such then please refrain from making a purchase
A grade- these pins are the best of the bunch and will be lightly flawed (minor scuffs/scratches, slight uneven enamel, 1-2 trapped dust/glitter particles) only visible upon close inspection.
B grade- these pins have more noticeable flaws (tiny facial flaws, severe uneven enamel, 3+ trapped glitter/dust particles and noticeable scuffs/scratches) visible from an arms length. the flaws on these pins won't ever take away from the overall design.
any pins that don't fit into A/B grade won't be sold unless it is for a separate seconds sale or blind bags.
Reselling and Item Limits
this shop is run by an independent artist- not a wholesaler, i'd prefer for the items being sold to go to someone who would appreciate them and be kept long term. to try and stop scalpers i have made the following rules for the shop:
DO NOT sell my items if they are in stock OR until 40 days after the drop.
DO NOT sell/buy my items for more than 2x what they sold for.
if you break any of these rules you will be banned from purchasing from this shop
Refunds and Returns
this shop doesn't accept returns/refunds on any items, all sales are final. if there is something wrong with your order please email me.
Shipping Policy
all orders will be shipped through royal mail with the cheapest tracking option, if you would prefer a different shipping method that royal mail supplies then email me. if you make more than 1 order within 48 hours; i can combine shipping if emailed within that time period.
once an order is shipped it is out of my control, if the delivery is delayed, damaged or lost then please contact the carrier directly.
you are responsible for any fees that may arise once in your home country.
Trading
trading my pins is fine however please wait 40 days after purchasing or it will be seen as trade fodder, you will be banned from making any more purchases from this store.
